In 2017 the wine segment of Domaines Kilger made a brilliant start with top wines, accompanied by eulogies of the experts from Vinum to The Wine Advocate. Whether it’s the characteristic Sauvignon Blanc from the Kranachberg, an astonishingly elegant Blauer Wildbacher rosé from West Styria or red precision work from Southern Burgenland’s Eisenberg: within a very short period of time the wines have found their fans and are served in the best restaurants. Now Domaines Kilger are launching a new Styrian Sauvignon Blanc from the 2017 vintage.

The Sauvignon Blanc forms the solid white base of Domaines Kilger. In this wine, Winemaker Christian Reiterer has brought in his love for the parade variety of Styria. In it, the cool fruit of West Styria merges with the strong ripeness of Southern Styria, and it lives not only from scent and acidity, but impresses with structure, nerve and pleasant balance.
